10/20/12 A Day to Be Remembered in History
I have a couple random stories about today. I mean, if you don't mind. (;
I made a Chinese rap video at the library with two other friends. We spent four hours on it. A lot of little things happened like we all arrived late at 9 rather than 7 and the guy (Zhāng Mâo kai) said he was gonna be the late but got there the earliest by also waking up first. We all filled out "book" bingo cards and each got two Kit-Kats and one orange Halloween themed USB drive. (last time we went - Thrusday, I took my uncompleted one home) I brought it today and got a nice prize (:
Upstairs (adult section - super quiet area), we had hot chocolate and I bought jalapeño Cheetos and Xíng Kai fan bought a hostess and sprite.. and I had my Red Bull zero calories and I did a short gangnam style dance upstairs in the hallway (where absolutely no one walks in)
We finished our video outside - different scenes, angles, and location shootings and a couple retakes.
Since Zhāng Mao kai (aka Mike Jones) knows how make autotuned and refined music videos, he is in charge of the production. I love how dedicated he is. Just like me! xD
My mom bought me a barbacoa/guacamole/everythinglikebeansandricebothbrownandwhiteandalsolettucewithtomatoesandcornandhotsauceandsourcreamandmmhm chipotle bowl (they give you more if its in a bowl rather than the classic burrito) and even some orange flavored Trident gum (15 pieces included) from home depot
I beat this kid Spencer (my ride to "Dold headquarters") at ping-pong today in a best 2 out of 3 games! Plus, everyone loved hearing the fact that I made a Chinese rap video (specifically our campaign managers Serge, Dan, Jaryd, and this random white girl)
We discussed wether God was real or not. When he got to my house, I explained my reasons why he wasn't. He was so blind and biased... I couldn't even believe my ears. They were mentally bleeding and scarred from such blasphemy. Ten he left because it was "getting too late"
I called bullshit but whatever my day was complete!!! Aha
I feel like this was one of the best days of my life!!!!!!
Obviously, I had MUCH more thought than this as my day went on... But that's a small glimpse of today! Which was considerably a good day considering my other days and my 15 page book project on "The Presidential Difference by Fred I. Greenstein due Monday and a brutal hell week consistent with finals including AP Government and Politics (Kuhn calls me Central Park or Fenway Park or Stroll in the Park, etc.), Mandarin Chinese 1 (our white teacher [Ms. McGuffey aka Kāng Lâoshī] who wants to be an Asian and has visited/lived in Asia for a long time and there's a beastly swimmer with blond curly hair who participated in the junior Olympic trials, has our shitty school's freestyle and backstroke records, and was declared homecoming king alongside chloe peterson), Honors Pre-Calculus, and Creative Writing.
