‰  Application for Admission
‰   A copy of a graded essay from a high school English or history class. Homeschooled students should submit an essay, paper, or other work
that refl ects their critical writing skills.
‰   Request for Release of School Information. Please sign, give to your current school offi ce, and have them provide Conserve School with a
copy of your transcripts and most recent standardized test scores. This is not required for homeschooled students, unless they were enrolled
in a traditional school program during the previous school year.
‰   Offi cial score report for TOEFL or SLEP (not required for native speakers of English).
‰   Recommendation Forms. Provide one to a current teacher and another to an adult (not a relative) who knows you well. Please ask these
individuals to return these forms directly to us at the address below. Homeschooled students should provide a form to two adults (not
relatives) who know you well, at least one of whom can attest to your academic abilities.

Application deadlines are December 1, 2010 for CS2, July 1, 2011 for CS3 and December 1, 2011 for CS4. Since admission decisions are made
on a rolling (as received) basis, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible
