4. Use a planner. Whether it’s electronic or a written assignment book, planning out your calendar with deadlines will ensure that you complete all assignments on time and use time effectively.
5. Get involved. Joining in on campus activities like sports and clubs teach you important life skills, help you make friends, and boost your confidence.
6. Know your professors. Take advantage of office hours; participate in class and make sure your professors know who you are. That way, you’re more than just a number.
7. Stay healthy. Be conscious of your health; get enough sleep, eat nutritiously, and exercise regularly. You’ll learn best when you feel best.
