Self-assessment is the process by which you identify your interests, strengths, and goals. It will help you focus on what ideas and pursuits keep you engaged, which is an important part of identifying your academic and career goals. Taking time to identify and articulate your interests and skills is critical, not only for successful academic planning, but also for career exploration and planning.
