When I got out of the military and went back to school, I saw most frat guys as being either the kids that got picked on way too much in high school, or the kids that were too drunk/stoned to show up for class in high school. People need to dig deeper, learn proper coding concepts, coding best practices, language syntax and all the so called "BACK END STUFF" in order to understand what they are producing.. "One can't simply click and drag and then call them-self a developer/programmer"... Question: do you understand what you're doing? If something doesn't work do you know why? Relying too much on cutting and pasting solutions from stack overflow doesn't cut it either. Roll up your sleeves, get some elbow grease and learn the language "Dig Deeper" . Yes it will take you a long time but once you know you know. Learn Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL e.t.c the choice is yours but dive deep and gain a better understanding of what the hell is going on.
