       Day 1 (again and again and again and again). Leaders are first born and then made, so commit to greatness. Create your own self-competition. Pursue your irrational love/passion/excitement everyday! Be diverse, multinational, and international corporate. Have high profits and high ethical standards. Partnerships are super important over the years. Plan to take calculated risks under a monopoly. Motivate others through their undertakings. Have cision and innovation and continually evolve. Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning. There's always more work to be done and contribute to a successful business. Solve problems people make excuses or complain about. Sticking points? Take care of them. Lead and enable an individual to develop themselves and the organization (society at large) by engaging in activities such as fostering collaboration, developing talents, and encouraging curious, active learning.
